Water based sealing adhesive S809B ( benzene free)
Description:
1. water based environmental adhesive, suit for different packing.
2. Strong wet sticky, suit for high speed, middle speed and low speed bonding technology.
3. After bonding, anti-aging and anti-high and low temperature.
4. Can use machine or by worker shelling-out.

Note:
- This product doesn’t for corona below 35dyne BOPP film with paper boding.
- Can not have the dust, oil stain on the surface.
- Boding time should be in 1-5minutes would be best, open time of the primer within 8minutes.
- This adhesive should avoid the cold and sunlight.
- Please press tight after manually sealing. If it is required to be left for drying, the sealing shall be pressed
no later than the adhesive remains still wet and is not completely dry. For mechanical sealing, as per the speed of box pasting machine, it is necessary to check the pressing and solidifying conditions after the pressing roll. In case of any opening, please adjust the machine speed or press down the opening or replace with products of higher drying speed.
- Check the adhesion condition 24 hours after box pasting. If the body destruction of paper is achieved, the
quality will remain unchanged for a long time. If the body destruction of paper is not achieved, please check whether the operation process is appropriate or whether the adhesive is suitable to the current operation process.
- The sealing product of polishing boxes is required to text the stability between varnish and printed matter
so that the part of sealing can't break. If the varnish and printing surface breaks, bonding will be failure.
8. It is necessary to make a test before mass production.
