1,Product Description

Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) Superplasticizers,also known as high range water reducers,are chemicals used as concrete admixtures.

SCC(self compacting concrete) is the best example for PCE.Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has drawn more and more attention in

modern construction industry because of its superior dispersibility and retention effects.

Polycarboxylate superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate graft material as the main water-soluble polymer composite superplasticizer.
With superplasticizer,high slump, high reinforced,low shrinkage characteristics,can be configured with different intensity levels of concrete.
Especially for the configuration of high-strength,self-compacting,high durability,high performance concrete.

2.Production Characteristic

A. High water reduction: The water reduction rate of concrete is above 40%.

B. Easying to control production: Controling water reduction ratio, plasticity and air entraining by adjusting molecular weight of main chain,

length and density of side chain, type of sidechain group.

C. Good dispersion: High fluidity of concrete results in deposing and compacting easily for self-compacting concrete.

D. High strength gained rate: Greatly increasing early and after strength, reducing energy loss. Reduction of cracking, shrinkage and creep.

4,Methods of use

1.The dosage of ELT-WR is suggested as follows (wt.% of cement): 0.25%-0.8%.

2.It can be mixed in metric water or added in concrete mixer. The recommended stirring time is 150s at least. Concrete mixing test should

be made before using in order to insure concrete quality.

3.It can be compounded together retarder, defoamer, air-entertraning reagent, lignin sulfonic natrium and so on.

4. product is a product as raw materials. It is not suggested to use ELT-WR products directly in concrete or other materials without formulation

blending.The compatiblity of ELT-WR products to particular cement, aggregate and the other raw materials in the application is not guaranteed.

It should be obtained through trial mixes and formulation technologies by the users.
