SNF a high range water reducer, commonly referred to as a super plasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde Condensate (short name: SNF, PNS, NSF, etc…)
SNF is made from naphthalene, sulfuric acid, formaldehyde and liquid alkali, through sulfonation, hydrolyzation, condensation and neutralization reaction and then drying to powder. it meets the requirements of chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM Designation C 494 as a Type F admixture, GB8076-2008 and GB50119-2003.
Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (SNF/NSF /PNS) complies with the requirements of the following standards: ASTM C 494, Type F; ASTM C 1017.

The optimum dosage of Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (SNF/ NSF /PNS) to meet specific requirements should always be determined by trials using the materials and conditions that will be experienced in use.
Our suggestions as below:
A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water Moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).
