1.PCE water reducing Introduction
polycarboxylate superplasticizer is latest generation concrete admixture, compare with other concrete admixture,its advantage as follows:
a,higher water reducing ratio.
c,higher concrete strength.
For liquid type polycarboxylate superplasticizer,it is very convenient for use,can be added directly to concrete;can also be diluted to lower solid content with water.
2.PCE water reducing Characteristic
A. Good slump retention ability: Delaying time of transporting concrete and time of detention at construction site, guarantee concrete pumpability.
B. Slow release: It is low initial water reduction and high later, it has excellent dispersion for cement. It can keep concrete good slump retention during 1-3 hours.
C. Special adaptability: It can be widely used in premix of common concrete, gushing concrete, high strength and durability concrete.
D. High strength gained rate: Greatly increasing early and after strength, reducing energy loss.

4.PCE water reducing Principle Of Function
Molecular main chain of polycarboxylate high performance water reducer is firmly adsorbed on surface of cement granule where can efficiently counteract hydration reaction and increase its plasticity. Branched chain surround cement granule having sterically hindered and electrostatic exclusion function which is different from conventional imparts excellent dispersing ability and effect of water reducing which make integrative characteristics of concrete improve greatly.
5.PCE water reducing Application area:
high speed railways; highways; airports; ports; (hydro) power plants in forms of pre-cast concrete, reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete; specifically designed for projects which have more demanding requirements on transportation / construction period as well as slump retention (e.g nuclear plants)
6.PCE water reducing Handling Notes
A.Elt-SR is free from alkaline. It is no toxic, hazardous, and corrosive. It is inedible.
B. When it contacts to eyes and skin, the affected area shall be immediately rinsed with plenty of water for minutes. Consult a physician if irritation persists.
C. Keep container closed when it is not in use. Do not store the product directly under sunlight.
7.PCE water reducing Methods Of Use
A. The dosage of Elt-SR is suggested as follows(wt.% of cement):0.25%-0.8%.
B. It can be mixed in metric water or added in concrete mixer. The recommended stirring time is 150s at least. Concrete mixing test should be made before using in order to insure concrete quality.
C. It can be compounded together retarder, defoamer, air-entertraning reagent, sodium gluconate and so on.
D.Elt-SR is sold as raw materials. It is not suggested to use this products directly in concrete or other materials without formulation blending. The compatibility of this product to particular cement, aggregate and the other raw materials in the application is not guaranteed. It should be obtained through trial mixes and formulation technologies by the users.
