1.PCE flakes Introduction

This product is flake, transparent crystalline. It is produced by special technology and process basing on Acrylic Acid and Methacrylic Acid as Main-Chain, polyoxyethylene ether with different length as Side-Chain. Valid contents can reach 99.9%.

Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a new generation friendly environmental superplasticizer. It is a concentrated product, best high water reduction, high slump retention ability, low alkali content for the product, and it having high strength gained rate. It can be widely used in premix of common concrete, gushing concrete, high strength and durability concrete. Especially! It can be used in high strength and durability concrete having excellent capability .

This product is suitable for precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete,reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete which are used to build high-speed railway, passenger dedicated line, industrial and civil buildings, railways, bridges, port terminals, airports, etc. It is especially applicable to construction project which has a higher requirement for the setting time and slump retention performance, such as nuclear power plants.

5.PCE flakes Use method

This product can be added into the water directly ,then put into some retarding materials with gauge, mix it till uniform finally.

6.PCE flakes Safety and Attention:

A.This product is alkalescence solid without toxic, corrosiveness and pollution. It is unedible.when it come to body and eye, please wash it in     

    clean water. When there is allergy for some body,please send the person to hospital rapidly for cure.
