Copolymer Structural fiber PP Macro Fiber For Reinforcing Sprayed Concrete Linings
PP Macro Fiber Description:
This fibre can be used to instead of steel fibre for reinforcement to cement concrete. Compared with steel fibre, it has the advantage of easy dispersing and blending, no damage to the mixing equipments, etc.
The rigid polymer fibre is used polypropylene as its raw material, produced the rough surface Treatment by special parallel thread extruding & twisting process. It has high break strength, better dispersion and strong combining ability, will be widely used to instead of steel fibre to reinforce the cement concrete and crack resistant.

Recommend adding quantity: 2.0 – 3.0 kgs fiber to one cubic meter concrete as per different application.
PP Macro Fiber Applying Instruction
1. Dosage: no less than 3kg/cubic meter of concrete for high crack level(volume ratio:0.3%) ; for general level, it can use compound fiber of 0.8kg twisted bundle PP fiber and 0.4kg PP fiber mesh.
What is the action principle of polypropylene fiber ?
When the pp fiber is put into the concrete, the horizontal structure in fiber monofilament can be
destroyed in the course of stirring owing to friction and rubbing, and the fiber monofilament or net like structure will fully stretch, thus the concrete is reinforced by a great number of polypropylene fibers.
