Our water based high gloss & high wear resistance varnish, was produced based on absorbed the advanced technology from German, Combined the end user`s production process characteristics of the Chinese and Asian markets, then we developed a high gloss, high wear resistance and cost-effective water based varnish. With hydrogen proton-coordination free radical initiated polymerization technology, fundamentally solves the technical problem that the acrylic polymer emulsion is difficult to perfectly combine the characteristics of high gloss and high wear resistance.
It can be widely used in different types of paper glazing surface treatment process.
Suitable for on-line varnish or varnish by glazing machine after printing.

Application & guide:
1, It can be used directly, the viscosity can be adjusted by adding water according to the performance
and environment of the final product.
2, Drying method: It can be dried by infrared drying, hot air or heating tube.
During the operation of the drying equipment, the temperature is not lower than 70 ℃.
3, The varnish consumption depends on the paper quality and gloss requirements.
Generally, the online glazing is 2-5g/m2, and the offline glazing is 3-7g/m2.
4, please test sample first before mass production.
Due to factors are different such as the use environment and conditions.
Packing & Storage: drum of 25kg/50kg/200kg; 6months over 5℃.
