Macro Polypropylene Crude Fiber Concrete Reinforcing Fibers Synthetic Fibre Reinforced Material

Elite Concrete Fiber was produced by referring foreign advanced technology for fiber spinning, modified by adding functional additive and special surface-treating. Mixing into cement concrete, it has many advantages such as good dispersing, better water affinity, strong linking force. It is suited to reinforce and crack-resist to every kinds of cement concrete and mortar, specially used in
engineering of building surface, floor, wall etc…..

Concrete with our Macro fiber will have three-dimensional reinforcing with enhanced flexural toughness, impact and abrasion resistance and will also help mitigate the formation of plastic shrinkage cracking in concrete.

Dosage rates will vary depending upon the reinforcing requirements and can range from 2.0 kg/m³ to 6.0 kg/m³.

Compared with steel fiber, our fiber has the advantages of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant reducing 50% cost with same volume to steel fiber.
1. Equivalent strengths to WWM and rebar provided by engineering calculations;
2. Controls and mitigates plastic shrinkage cracking and reduces segregation and bleed-water;
3. Provides three-dimensional reinforcement against micro and macro-cracking;
4. Reduces equipment wear, fiber rebound and increases build-up thickness compared to steel fibers for shotcrete applications;

6. Reduction of in-place cost versus wire mesh for temperature / shrinkage crack control;
7. Easily added to concrete mixture at any time prior to placement;

Easy to Use

The fibres are wrapped with water-soluble film and uniquely packaged in paper boxes.Just throw the whole boxes of fibres into the concrete mixture, the boxes and film will dissolve within seconds, leaving the fibres to disperse evenly throughout the mixture.

Directions For Use

1, Ration design of the fibre concrete:
Generally the recommended amount to add to the concrete is more than 3-6 kg/m³ ( volume ratio is 0.3% ), reinforcement adding amount is 5.5kg/m³ , Compared with adding 47kg of steel fibre, 5.4kg macro synthetic fibre has the same volume ratio to the concrete.
2, Matching Ratio:
Usually, it is no need to Change the matching ratio of the concrete.
3, Mixer Adoption: Double-axle horizontal compelling mixer is priority.
4, Mixing process:
Crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession. After stirring for two minutes, fiber will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally. The addition of materials also can be put into as common concrete, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to make fiber completely Mixed.
5, Shaping & Maintenance
There is no special requirement, may along the vibrating time for 30s, The maintenance of the fibre concrete should be done same as the normal concrete.
