Chlorinated EVA (CEVA)
Description: White or light yellow granular solid.
Chlorinated EVA is a resin prepared by chemical chlorination modification of EVA
(ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer), which can be dissolved in organic solvents such as toluene/ester.
Modified chlorinated EVA is on the basis of chlorinated EVA, further grafting maleic acid or acrylic acid to further improve the performance of CEVA, making it more widely used in coatings and inks, and further improving it’s adhesive performance in BOPP inks.
CEVA modified has better solubility and low temperature performance, especially in more environmentally friendly ester-soluble inks and coating systems, which are more widely and better.
Using methods:
Dissolve the product into the toluene or other solvents ,
then formulated a solution of 20~30% containing this product.
Then add the solution into the ink based on the ink formulation.
Recommendations for use: The amount of addition of each ink formulation to this product is different,
please use it under the guidance of the ink engineer.
Specifications:
| Index | Standard |
| Content of chloride (%) | 24±2 |
| Viscosity mPas (25℃) | 350±50 |
| PH Value | 5.0~7.0 |
Potential Applications:
It is widely used in the production of advanced plastic composite inks.
It can improve the adhesion, ink properties, gloss, dispersibility, and pigment
wettability and resistance. Low temperature performance, etc.
Packing & storage:
1, 20kgs/Carton, 1X20`FCL load about 9.6~10mts.
2, store in a cool, dry place. Avoid light.be squeezed by heavy objects to avoid stick together.
