1, Description:
ELT-Twist is a 100% virgin blended copolymer synthetic macrofiber, is actually a Hybrid of two fibers:A standard fibrillated polypropylene fiber to reduce and control shrinkage and temperature cracking.B twisted-bundle monofilament fiber made of a strong synthetic copolymer, to increase load-transfer and post-crack performance.ELT-TWIST is a synthetic fibre designed for optimising the load carrying performance of concrete and screed.
ELT-Twist can be mixed easily and homogeneously with concrete.The low-weight fibre can be distributed easily in three dimensions.Optimising the static properties of concrete,ELT-Twist improves the impact resistance, the ultimate flexural strength and the ductility of concrete.The high fibre frequency in concrete spreads the tension homogeneously and ensures prevention of shrinkage and stress cracks.

5, Applying Instruction:
1, Ration design of the fibre concrete:
Generally the recommended amount to add to the concrete is more than 2.7kg per sqm ( volume ratio is 0.3% ),reinforcement adding
amount is 5.5kg, Compared with adding 47kg of steel fibre, 5.4kg polymer fibre has the same volume ratio to the concrete.
2, Length:
48mm or 54mm for common crack-resistant requirement. Other length can as per your request,such as 19mm
3, Matching Ratio:
Usually, it is no need to Change the matching ratio of the concrete. Considering the requirement of fissure-resistant, the polymer
fiber is recommend to combine with the polypropylene fiber mesh with the volume ratio of 1:1 ( 0.9kg fiber-mesh per sqm of cement concrete).
4, Mixer Adoption: Double-axle horizontal compelling mixer is priority.
5, Mixing process:
Doses of synthetic macro fibers varies between 2,5 kg/m3 and 5 kg/m3 depending on engineering requirements of the projects. Homogeneous mixture is obtained by adding the fibers to the aggregate band at the batching plant or mixing at the site to the truck. It is recommended to to add fibers after plasticizer additives and mix for at least 4 to 5 min. at high speed
6, Shaping & Maintenance
There is no special requirement, may along the vibrating time for 30s, The maintenance of the fibre concrete should be done same
as the normal concrete.
