Product Description

The naphthalene-based superplasticizer is a non-air-entraining high-efficiency water reducing agent synthesized by the chemical industry. Chemical name Naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, which has strong cement particle dispersibility.


Naphthalene-based high-efficiency water reducer can be divided into

high-concentration products (Na2SO4 content <3%),

medium-concentrated products (Na2SO4 content 3%-10%)

and low-concentration products (Na2SO4 content >10%) according to the content of Na2SO4 in its products.


At present, most naphthalene-based super plasticizers have the ability to control the Na2SO4 content below 3%,

and some advanced companies can even control it below 0.4%.

Packing & Delivery
Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (SNF/NSF /PNS) is packed in 2 ways:
A. 25kg/plastic bag, 16 tons/ 20'gp container without pallet, 14 tons /20'gp with pallet
B. 25kg /paper drum
Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (SNF/ NSF /PNS) has a minimum shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored under cover, out of direct sunlight.

The optimum dosage of Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (SNF/ NSF /PNS) to meet specific requirements should always be determined by trials using the materials and conditions that will be experienced in use.

Our suggestions as below:

A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water Moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).
